Welcome to Anytime Electrics! These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of electrical services by Anytime Electrics ("we," "us," or "our") to the client ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Services

Anytime Electrics provides electrical contracting services, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Specific details and descriptions of our services are available on our website or can be provided upon request. The services to be provided will be agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

2. Quotes Estimates, and Payments

  • Quotes: valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes provided by Anytime Electrics are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Actual costs may vary depending on any changes in the scope of work, and any unforeseen issues. Any acceptance of a quote or estimate must be made in writing. Any variations to the quote must also be made in writing.

  • Estimates: Estimates provided by Anytime Electrics are based on the information available at the time of the request and are intended to give a general indication of the potential costs involved in the project. Estimates are not binding and may be subject to change. Any acceptance of an estimate must be made in writing.

  • Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices for all services rendered will be issued and must be paid within 7 days of the issue date, unless a different arrangement has been mutually agreed upon. If the invoice is not paid on time, a $100 late fee will be applied. Additionally, interest will accrue at a rate of 10% per week on the total outstanding amount.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling needs. However, schedules are subject to change based on availability and other factors.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Site Access and Hazards

  • Access: To ensure the smooth and timely completion of our electrical services, you are responsible for providing us with unrestricted access to the site where the work will be performed. If site access is restricted or the area is not adequately prepared, additional charges may apply.

  • Hazards: You must inform us of any existing hazards or conditions at the site that could affect the safety of our personnel or the quality of our work. This includes unsafe work environments, or the presence of hazardous materials. We reserve the right to suspend work if we believe continuing could pose a health and safety risk. In such cases, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced, and additional charges may apply for any necessary remedial work or rescheduling.

5. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Anytime Electrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

  • Warranty: We provide a 1 year warranty on our workmanship from the issue date of our certificate of compliance or electrical safety certificate. Any defects in materials or workmanship reported within the warranty period will be addressed at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors. We do not provide a warranty on materials or fittings supplied by the customer. 

6. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Our team will adhere to industry best practices to ensure the safety of both our personnel and your property.

7. Website Use

  • Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Anytime Electrics and may not be used without permission.

  • User Conduct: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our website or interfere with others' use.

9. Changes to Terms
